i love him

Yes, I love my husband. He always works his ways with wonderful words. He is charming, he is lovely, most importantly, he is mine. I sometimes take him for granted, I admit. But I never loose sight of our love. Today, I just want to let him know that I love him dearly.

Rainy Days....

So I survived my first night without Aaron. He too slept alone.... or at least he better have!!! I woke up to a very gloomy, rainy day. I was looking forward to do some long distance running, but ain't gonna happen today. Apparently this rain is all day. I don't mind it too much. It's kinda nice actually! The pitter patter of the rain is very calming and soothing. It would be much nicer if Aaron were here and we can crawl back in bed and cuddle while listening to the melodic pitter patter... oh well.

Have fun in Boston hunny!!!

Without the husband....

Ok... so my husband is not here today, or tomorrow, or the next day, or the day after next, so on and so forth.... He has left me home alone (actually, with a dog and cat-but I still feel alone). Ah.... so sad. I am disliking this feeling by the minute. It sucks. I grew up with 3 older sisters, and 2 younger brothers... so including my parents, it was a party of 8 in a two bedroom apartment. With that being noted , I do not like being alone. I love the chaos. I love the loud, boisterous nature of a large family co-mingling in a small, humble, but loving abode. There was always someone there to fight with, make up with, nag at, fart on, hug, kiss, laugh and cry with. It was quite the adjustment to go from that to living with just one person. But I got used to it. Everything I used to do with my family-I now do it with my husband. AND NOW HE'S GONNA BE GONE FOR TWO WEEKS!!!!

My husband has the best and worst of me, and vice versa; I have the best and worst of my husband. I love it... he puts up with me when I nag at him; like when he spends too much. I won't TOLERATE him smoking, even though I know he is addicted to it. I give him the silent treatment when he raises his voice at me. I will snap at him when he is condescending towards me. I laugh at his arrogance.... But, I do his laundry (only when he is completely out of undies and socks... ha ha). I wake my butt up early to make him lunch for work (it's to my benefit too... I am all about being frugal). I make dinner when he comes home from work. I clean the necessities around the house (keep in mind, the necessities.... I leave the big "spring cleaning" once a year). And this is currently all done while I am unemployed, like many of us during this economic crisis.... although I am unemployed by choice. My husband doesn't make that much money, but enough to sustain a family of four: me, him, the cat and the dog. Life is great. I can't really ask for much more (although I sure would like a Porsche 911 Twin Turbo, a house in Malibu, and perhaps a nose job. I am cursed with the flat asian nose....ok, I digress. Where was I? Oh yeah). I love my life. I love my husband. But what I really love is FOOD!!! Yes... Good food that is. Both my husband and I believe that good food is better than sex. Why.... you might ask? Well, let's see. Your orgasms only last for a few seconds (and let's be honest here, ladies... do you always get off? Yeah.....) But good food, on the contrary, get you too do the oooohs...... and ahhhhs.... bite after bite after bite!!!!!
